Even though I misunderstood my appt. They still answered every question & fit me in. They were really busy. They try really hard to meet your auto needs! 2 years ago it was almost closing time & my battery was dead & I needed a new one which they didn't have but drove me to Advance Auto to get one & still hooked me up! Who does that? These guy do! Above & Beyond!

Christy, thank you for sharing this! We’re thrilled our team could answer your questions and fit you in, even during a busy day. Your continued trust and kind words mean so much to everyone at Russ's Auto & Tire Service.
