I appreciate Russ’ Tire for their honesty and helping me out when I need them. Honesty cannot be overrated and it’s something hard to come by in the mechanic industry. So, that’s worth 5 stars alone! However, they also have given me better deals than they probably could have gotten away with, and that to me, feels like they’re not raking me over the coals just because they can. We all know that the mechanic industry is booming right now and they just about have to turn away jobs to stay on a good timeline. No one has the money to buy new vehicles right now, so we just keep trying to fix our old ones. Russ’ seems to keep trying to work it out to where both sides are happy and that’s also a big deal. Thanks Russ’ Tire!
